Develop new customers, farms and online channels, and support achievement of sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide product consultation, inquiries handling and after-sales support
Conduct product demonstrations, basic training and site visits when required
Support marketing activities, product launches and promotional campaigns, including coordination with digital platforms or partners when needed
Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports, and coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, and support or arrange deliveries, including occasional on-site delivery when required
Monitor stock availability and collect basic market feedback to support business improvement
Achieve key KPIs including sales performance, customer acquisition and retention, and product sell-through
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of sales experience
A fast learner who can stay updated on a growing list of diverse products and technical specifications.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
