Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation of the store
• Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target
• Perform daily housekeeping of the store ensure cleanliness of the store to our customers
• Provide satisfactory level of customer service and attend to their wants/needs
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Any other duties as required by the store manager
• Handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers and share with team members/management

Qualifications

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Strong passion for customer service
• Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset
• Able to work responsibly as a team and individually
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• At least 5 years retail sales experience
