Sales Executive-BIM Software/Platform

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team and grow our business in the BIM (Building Information Modelling) and AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) sector.

Job Description

-Identify potential customers among architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, developers and other construction-related companies.

-Promote and sell BIM releated software or solutions.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

-Understand customers BIM workflows, software requirements and business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

-Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings.

-Prepare quotations and proposals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

-Proactively conduct cold calls, prospecting and business development activities.

-Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.

-Work closely with the technical/BIM team to provide suitable solutions and support to customers.

-Keep up to date with developments and trends in BIM industry.

Requirements

-Experience in BIM-related sales or business development will be a strong advantage.

-Experience with Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud or other BIM/AEC solutions is highly preferred.

-Good understanding of the BIM workflow and AEC industry.

-Existing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants or developers will be an advantage.

-Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

-Able to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
