Job Summary
Drive business growth by sourcing and securing new sales opportunities, delivering product presentations, and managing client relationships across Singapore and Malaysia for software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Director to develop and execute strategies that grow the business
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings in Singapore and Malaysia
- Deliver engaging product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals to advance sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent the company at local and international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and expand market presence
- Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Ability to work independently with a sales-driven, self-motivated, and positive mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in beauty industry sales or software sales is advantageous
