Job Description

We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Executive to support business growth for our leadership training and corporate consultancy services. This role focuses on building client relationships, identifying organisational learning needs, and promoting customised training, coaching, and workforce development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of corporate training programmes, leadership development workshops, and coaching solutions
  • Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, corporates, HR leaders, L&D teams)
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges in leadership, workforce development, and organisational performance
  • Propose customised training and consultancy solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and consultants to design tailored solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Keep abreast of SkillsFuture / WSQ funding frameworks and position programmes accordingly
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client engagement activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, consultancy, or HR solutions
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders (HR leaders, managers, decision-makers)
  • Good understanding of corporate training, leadership development, or workforce transformation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore training grants (e.g. SkillsFuture / WSQ) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
