Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Existing Customer Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued business and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market presence and increase sales volume.
- New Business Development: Actively seek and acquire new customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and follow the company's sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, procurement, CSO and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure the procurement team follow all statutory act, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)s.
Job Specifications
- Diploma in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Good presentation skills and communication skills.
- Motivated and driven individual who possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills.
