Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend site visits during tender stages to understand site conditions and project requirements.
- Meet with clients regularly to address concerns and ensure smooth communication.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor to conduct monthly site walks and prepare the Work Done Plan for progress claims.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and related documentation.
- Understand and interpret simple technical drawings related to project requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends and report sales activities and pipeline updates to management.
Requirement
- At least one or two years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction / Engineering industry.
- Diploma Holder.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
