About the Role
Join our B2B sales team to build pipeline, support client engagements, and learn full-cycle sales-from prospecting to deal handover. This entry-level role suits candidates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in commercial work. Candidates with limited experience (including internship experience) are welcome.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads via email/phone/LinkedIn/events maintain accurate CRM records
- Support discovery calls, sales presentations, proposals/quotations, and basic pricing preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams (solutions, delivery, finance, legal) to meet client requirements and timelines
- Assist with contract and order documentation track post-sale handover actions
- Gather market and competitor insights prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 0-2 years experience in sales, business development, account coordination, or customer-facing roles (internships count)
- Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, customer empathy, organization, time management, and follow-through
- Tools: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Work Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Singapore
- Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin required to liaise with China-based teams and review Mandarin materials - business necessity).
