Job Description & Requirements
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the Company's air-conditioning and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work closely with internal operations and technical teams.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for air-conditioning servicing, maintenance contracts, retrofit works, and project-based services.
Actively prospect through cold calls, referrals, site visits, networking, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including property managers, building owners, main contractors, and consultants.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams on project handover, scheduling, and invoicing matters.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipelines in the Company's reporting system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and management reports.
Market Awareness
Monitor market trends, competitors activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and service improvements.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in air-conditioning, M&E, facilities management, or construction-related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with site visits and client meetings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
