*Roles & Responsibilities**
* Handle sales activities and prepare quotations for assigned accounts.
* Manage and grow existing customers as well as develop new customers within machining and contract manufacturing, targeting strategic growth of **15%20%**.
* Manage customer account status and credit control for assigned accounts.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently follow up with customers to secure purchase orders after quotation submission.
* Work closely with cross-functional departments to support customer requests and new RFQs in accordance with **SOP0038**.
* Review order fulfilment in line with **SOP0039** and provide back-up support to the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction in accordance with **SOP0040**.
* Review pricing consolidation and sales forecasting, and collaborate with customers to meet forecast requirements.
* Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customer sales calls to ensure business requirements are on track and to proactively address potential or new customer issues related to sales and revenue.
* Understand and work with multi-level **Bill of Materials (BOM)**.
* Collaborate with design, production, supply chain, engineering, and R&D teams to evaluate and recommend product or service modifications to meet customer needs.
* Promote and sell the company's technological and scientific core capabilities, converting them into product and service sales.
* Ensure the Sales and Marketing annual operating budget is maintained within the Head of Department's approved directives.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, ensuring deliverables are met as a top priority.
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
*Education & Experience**
* Minimum **Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent**.
* **14 years** of relevant working experience in manufacturing, machining, or contract manufacturing sales.
*Technical & Professional Skills**
* Knowledge of **Navision / Microsoft Dynamics ERP** systems.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to prepare sales reports and presentations.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
