Job Summary
You will undergo on-the-job training to develop expertise in products such as piping, tubes, hoses, valves, and connectors. You will manage sales, projects, and customer purchase orders through to delivery, ensuring all specifications are met.
Responsibilities
- Apply product knowledge gained through training to support sales and project management activities involving piping, tubes, hoses, valves, and connectors
- Manage customer purchase orders from initiation through to delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines
- Analyze project requirements and resolve challenges to meet customer expectations and business objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to coordinate project progress and address issues promptly
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and project outcomes
- Collaborate as a proactive team member while independently managing tasks within challenging projects and deadlines
- Maintain a positive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset to contribute to team success in a dynamic work environment
- Adapt to working conditions, including non-air-conditioned environments when required
