Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of vacuum pump products to achieve sales targets.
Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable vacuum pump solutions through product presentations and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
Coordinate after-sales service activities and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support overall business growth by providing technical and after-sales support to customers.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently experience in after-sales service is an advantage.
