Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct on-site visits to showcase technical solutions to clients.
- Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations, technical proposals, and reports to support sales operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot product-related issues effectively.
- Engage with consulting engineers and specifiers to understand project needs and promote tailored solutions.
- Clearly communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders.
- Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related disciplines).
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales (HCMV / HVAC prefer)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
