Duties & Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage existing customer accounts in the industrial field.
- Explore new customer accounts.
- Work with customers engineers to support product design.
- Handle sales leads, quotes, and orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Resolve technical and quality issues with overseas principals.
- Coordinate with principals on pricing, product info, and availability.
- Visit customers for meetings and relationship building.
- Travel overseas for meetings and principals visits/training as required.
Job Specifications:
- Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electronic components industry.
- Experience on electronics component distribution will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
