- Support the preparation of sales proposals, costings, and technical documentation for mechanical and industrial solutions.
- Provide basic technical clarifications to clients and assist in coordinating follow-ups on enquiries.
- Help the team identify potential leads, collect market insights, and track ongoing opportunities.
- Work with internal engineers to verify specifications, solution details, and project requirements.
- Assist with customer servicing tasks, including updates, coordination, and post-delivery technical matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Around 3 years of experience in technical support, engineering assistance, or sales engineering roles.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or industrial equipment.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both customers and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive work attitude, and willingness to take on client-facing tasks.
