1. Technical Sales Support
. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to clients for marine turbocharger systems and components.
. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates tailored to client requirements.
. Collaborate with the engineering/service team to design solutions that meet operational and budgetary needs.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the marine and shipping sectors.
. Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to understand needs and identify new business opportunities.
. Act as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial queries.
3. Sales Process Contribution
. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
. Participate in tender preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure in alignment with company objectives.
. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports in the CRM system.
4. Market & Service Feedback
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide actionable insights to management.
. Recommend service improvements and new offerings based on client feedback and industry developments.
5. Project Handover & Support
. Coordinate with the operations/service team for smooth handover of confirmed projects.
. Ensure client expectations are met during service execution and address any issues promptly.
. Participate in post-project reviews to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
6. Ad-hoc Duties
. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
