Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell after-sales products and services.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related reports.
• Follow up on customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Support after-sales operations through marketing initiatives, client visits, and service coordination.

Requirements

1. Experience:
   • Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical equipment sales, preferably within an after-sales, service, or technical environment.
   • Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales performance.

2. Skill and Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused attitude.
