Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the company director to achieve and exceed defined sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market presence and revenue
- Initiate and manage the full sales cycle by prospecting potential clients, scheduling appointments, delivering compelling product presentations, providing accurate quotations, and closing sales deals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and addressing client needs effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, applications, or service of scientific research or laboratory instruments, sub-systems, electronics, biomedical, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Technical education with a Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Proven ability to maintain a positive and motivating attitude focused on achieving sales targets
- Strong work ethic, determination, and commitment to professional growth toward management roles
