Job Description

  1. Looking for persons who are willing to learn, self motivated, with high adaptability and persuasive skills.
  2. Attend to clients: Engage with clients and address their requests and enquiries.
  3. Conduct assessments: Perform site assessments and surveys to provide accurate information.
  4. Prepare documents: Create work quotations, risk assessments, pre-condition reports, and other necessary documents.
  5. Manage schedules: Oversee work schedules to ensure efficient project completion.
  6. Conduct briefings: Provide briefings to the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  7. Site visits: Visit project sites to supervise works and ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Manage finances: Handle billings, operating costs, and invoices to maintain financial stability.
  9. Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
  10. To be self-driven for success, able communicate effectively and engage clients proactively.

  • Commission will be awarded for achievement of sales target
  • Need to own personal transportation (motorcycle or car or van or lorry)
