Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

. Identify and track future projects, maintaining updates on consultants, main contractors, and mechanical contractors involved.

. Conduct technical presentations for owners and engineering firms to promote products and services.

. Manage existing accounts and provide after-sales proposals.

Tender & Technical Management

. Manage the tender process, including cost estimation, compliance lists, and bidding documentation.

. Perform financial and engineering analysis to accurately quantify project costs.

. Obtain vendor costings, prepare customer quotations, and negotiate to secure Purchase Orders.

Operations & Reporting

. Assist service engineers with delivery logistics and on-site execution.

. Log all visits, specifications, and project activities in Kintone (CRM software).

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering highly preferred).

. Prior sales experience within the engineering sector.

. Proficiency in MS Office

. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

. Strong analytical capabilities
