Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to customers in both local and international markets.
- Engage with customers on product development, customization, and modifications based on technical requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to customers on the technical features and applications of company products.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives and support business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, product presentations, and solution recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product trends, and competitive offerings.
- Offer post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and support product improvements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- A few years of hands-on working experience in power electronics or relevant technical fields.
- Experience in electrical/electronic design with a strong willingness to engage in sales activities.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and the capability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, and overseas support when required.
