Sales Engineer

- Monthly Salary: Base up to $5000 +Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB) + Allowance

Responsibility
- Sales & Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement - Build strong client relationships, understand technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions with proposals and presentations.
- Technical Support - Provide product consultation, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure customer specifications are met in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Order Coordination - Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Reporting & Market Insights - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ad‑hoc Duties - Support management with additional tasks and contribute to overall team objectives as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical / electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in marine/ oil & gas / Industrial Sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
