Job Description
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target prospects and analyze competitors within the industry.
Research and Analyze customer requirements and sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Establish and Develop relationships with prospects through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations. Meet with potential clients, understand their requirements, and work closely with technical staff to recommend suitable engineereing solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing continuous support, information, and guidance.
Identify product improvements and new product opportunities by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations on products and services to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare regular reviews and reports using sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales activities and product demonstrations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
Negotiate and close deals, and handle customer complaints and objections.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on existing and new customer accounts, including clear action plans.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets set by management and deliver improved business results.
Maintain quality service in compliance with ISO standards by establishing and enforcing organizational procedures and standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales.
Preferably with prior sales experience in Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), training courses, or a related field.
Possess good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive working attitude and the ability to relate well to people.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
