Job Summary
Drive mechanical concept development and project management by evaluating enquiries, formulating proposals, and negotiating technical and commercial aspects to deliver high-quality tooling feeding solutions.
Responsibilities
- Apply logical and creative problem-solving skills to develop mechanical concepts that meet project requirements
- Assess customer enquiries and requests to determine project feasibility and scope
- Develop detailed proposals and accurate project quotations to support customer decision-making
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to customers to communicate project concepts and benefits
- Negotiate technical design and commercial terms to align project goals with customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to coordinate project delivery and ensure timely execution
- Manage project timelines and resources with enthusiasm to achieve successful outcomes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to facilitate smooth project progress
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to support design and project discussions
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage with diverse customer and team groups
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license to support travel requirements
- Educational background or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business
