Sales Engineer (Precision Machinery/Semicon/LED) LT91

Job description:

• Introduce and share information on the company's products and services to new and existing customers.

• Support on pre-sale and post-sale.

• Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention.

• Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.

• Able to meet customer to handle complaints for negotiation and follow up purchase order etc.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Able to work independent with minimal supervision.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Requirement

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferably with some years of experience in semiconductor industry, LED/LCD industry.
