Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
Manage sales activities across ASEAN countries to expand the company's regional presence.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new markets, generate sales leads, and expand the channel and customer base.
Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers together with the engineering team.
Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and identify emerging opportunities.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the territory.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industries such as power components, HVAC, or data centers.
Proven track record in technical sales and business development.
Knowledge of AC Drives or power electronics solutions is an advantage.
Established contacts with consultants or contractors in ASEAN markets is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% within ASEAN.
