Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in battery packs and components through collaboration with partners. Build and maintain internal knowledge repositories and technical materials for the business development team. Simplify technical product information into clear presentations for customers. Lead and coordinate technical validation, sample testing, and qualification processes. Support the sales team by qualifying customer requirements and conducting technical briefings. Collaborate with the business development team to advance opportunities to closing stages. Provide post-sales technical support and assist in coordinating with customers. Identify high-potential opportunities within the battery ecosystem. Stay informed on battery technologies and monitor regulatory and competitive developments. Translate market insights into actionable business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or related disciplines). Foundational understanding of battery systems and components. 2-5+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering or technical support roles, preferably in battery-related industries. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders. Collaborative mindset for supporting business development and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as needed.
