Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pre and post sales technical support, including guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.
- Conduct product training, demonstrations, maintain accurate technical documentation and product information.
- Prepare and execute electrical drawings, wiring, cabling installations, commissioning, and system upgrades using AutoCAD.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform failure analysis, and manage warranty claims and technical resolutions.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Possess knowledge in Application Engineering / Switchgear Installation / PLC Programming / Heavy Duty Diesel Engines / Generators will be an added advantage
