Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure tenders across few Operating Areas and be the point of contact liaising with factories in developing proposals and solutions. You will liaise with both internal and external stake holders to develop solution and proposals, presenting to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationship with internal and external stake holders.

• Understand customer requirements and expectations, ensuring our proposal meets the desired specifications.

• Ensure compliance to all requirements, including working with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions to fulfil compliance.

• Collaborate with internal field team to understand potential risks and ensure mitigations are in place or highlighted to customer for awareness.

• Ensure all costing are accurate.

• Participate in customer meetings and presenting proposals.

• Follow up on preliminary planning upon securing of award.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Engineering, preferably in the lift and escalator or building services industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

• Strong understanding of code of practices, including international standards.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
