We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key account and be the point of contact for all sales related activities ranging from new projects, modernization and repair. You will liaise with both internal and external stake holders to develop solution, prepare estimates and proposals, presenting to customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationship with customer and be main point of contact.
• Understand customer requirements and expectations, ensuring our proposal meets the desired specifications.
• Ensure compliance to all requirements, including working with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions to fulfil compliance.
• Collaborate with internal filed team to understand potential risks and ensure mitigations are in place or highlighted to customer for awareness.
• Ensure all costing are accurate.
• Participate in customer meetings and presenting proposals.
• Follow up on preliminary planning upon securing of award.
• Close monitoring during execution to ensure delivery as per commitment.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Engineering, preferably in the lift and escalator or building services industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Strong understanding of code of practices, including international standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
