Sales Engineer (MNC/Spare Parts)

Responsibilities

• Manage sales leads to ensure timely and profitable execution.
• Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates for planning.
• Promote aftermarket and spare parts sales to distributors.
• Support sales team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Offer technical support and spare parts advice, leveraging deep knowledge of diesel engines.
• Optimize inventory, including in-house and consignment stock.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, pricing, and sales activities.
• Deliver proposals and presentations to customers and prospects.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Handle additional aftermarket and spare parts duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3+ years experience, ideally in spare parts or automotive sectors.
• Willing to travel (1015%) in Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
• Strong customer focus and interest in power generation products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with sound business acumen.
• Experience with engine manufacturers and spare parts is a plus
