Job Description

1. Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • . Achieve and grow company revenue targets.
  • . Identify and pursue new account opportunities across all sectors.

2. Product & Service Promotion

  • . Promote and sell both existing and newly launched products and services.

3. Professional Account Servicing

  • . Manage client accounts with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • . Ensure all business dealings are thoroughly serviced and ethically managed.

4. Client Engagement

  • . Meet and liaise with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
  • . Provide regular updates and technical support on products and services.

5. Relationship Management

  • . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

6. Idea Contribution & Collaboration

  • . Contribute ideas during internal brainstorming sessions.
  • . Support client pitches as needed with insights and suggestions.

7. Customer Requirement Analysis

  • . Identify client needs including budgets and timelines.
  • . Communicate requirements effectively to internal teams.

8. Project Documentation

  • . Create and maintain documentation for new projects and services to ensure successful implementation.

9. Technical Coordination

  • . Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product solutions meet client specifications.

10. Sales Inquiries & Quotations

  • . Respond promptly to sales inquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.

11. After-Sales Support

  • . Provide reliable after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

12. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • . Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.

13. Performance Monitoring

  • . Track and achieve KPI set by your supervisor.

14. Sales Strategy Development

  • . Plan and develop new sales strategies and ideas to capture market opportunities.

15. Communication Tools

  • . Maintain timely and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams.

16. Ad-Hoc Duties

  • . Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
