Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting project execution in the controls and automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project scope and requirements
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
Provide after-sales support and technical assistance
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of controls and automation systems is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
Possess Class 3 driving license (preferred)
Willing to travel to project sites when required
