1. Develop Technical Expertise:
. Develop technical knowledge of in-house manufacturing processes, products features, benefits and materials to effectively promote Micro-Mechanics products
. Stay updated on industry advancements and product innovations to remain competitive in the market
2. Customer Relationship Management:
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their business model, operational needs and pain points
. Serve as primary point of contact for customers, offering customized solutions and addressing inquiries regarding product specifications, applications, and sales related matters in a timely and professional manner
. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout entire sales process by proactively following up and addressing concerns promptly
. Act as an escalation point for any complex or unresolved customer inquiries or quality issues, ensuring that issues are promptly addressed and resolved at the managerial level
. Advocate for customers within organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and managed
3. Sales Strategy Development:
. Collaborate with sales team to implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets
. Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research and assess competitors offerings
. Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives
4. Product Presentations and Improvements:
. Conduct product presentations and meetings with customers to showcase Micro-Mechanics offerings
. Work with internal team to customize presentations to address customer-specific challenges, ensuring clarity on the advantages and benefits of offered solutions
. Participate in product development process by providing feedback from customers on design, functionality, and performance to improve product offerings
5. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
. Regularly update on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance through weekly and monthly reports
. Track and analyse sales data to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention
