Responsibilities:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to develop a strong client base.
. Proactively follow up on assigned leads from events, referrals or online sources.
. Research and engage potential customers through market knowledge and outreach.
. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project schedules to clients.
. Track customer orders and ensure timely updates throughout the process.
. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive growth.
. Expand market presence by developing both new and repeat business opportunities.
. Apply consultative and value-added selling techniques to meet customer needs.
. Deliver professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
. Degree in Engineering or a related field
. Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably from a medical contract manufacturer
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
. Prior exposure to technical or specialized product sales would be advantageous
. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and with attention to detail
. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
