What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, helping them identify the best products and services to meet their needs
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that clients receive exceptional value and service
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other marketing activities to promote the company's offerings
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive the company's growth
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably in the marine, oil & gas, EPC or valves industries
- Previous Service/Application Engineer willing to switch to sales are welcomed
- Excellent understanding of the product specifications, applications, and technologies in the target industries
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and successfully closing sales deals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a non-technical audience
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth
