Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the service sector across local and international markets.
Conduct sales visits and establish new client accounts to expand market presence in the Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales approaches.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clientele.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to gather technical specifications, manpower availability, scheduling, and subcontractor quotes for client proposals.
Prepare cost calculations and draft comprehensive quotations for customer inquiries.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Manage key accounts and ensure all customer requirements are monitored and fulfilled.
Review and evaluate customer purchase orders, contracts, and terms & conditions.
Provide technical sales support and representation to clients.
Champion and adhere to all company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
