Job Description

  • Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the service sector across local and international markets.

  • Conduct sales visits and establish new client accounts to expand market presence in the Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales approaches.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve performance targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clientele.

  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to gather technical specifications, manpower availability, scheduling, and subcontractor quotes for client proposals.

  • Prepare cost calculations and draft comprehensive quotations for customer inquiries.

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure all customer requirements are monitored and fulfilled.

  • Review and evaluate customer purchase orders, contracts, and terms & conditions.

  • Provide technical sales support and representation to clients.

  • Champion and adhere to all company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

  • General Attributes:
