Sales Engineer/ Manager (HVACR)(WFH)

Singapore (Open to Malaysia-based candidates in Johor Bahru)

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and technically competent Technical Sales Engineer to expand our market presence in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of flowmeters and instrumentation, particularly within Water and HVACR industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow market share in Singapore for flowmeters and related instrumentation solutions

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across Water and HVACR industries

• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to client needs

• Support proposal preparation, tender submissions, and project follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field)

• Strong technical knowledge of flowmeters and instrumentation systems

• Experience in Water and/or HVACR industrial sectors is highly preferred

• Sales experience in Green Building solutions, Energy Efficiency, or Data Centres is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Willing to travel between Johor Bahru and Singapore (if Malaysia-based)
