Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Promote company products and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and train customers on air-con machine K11HV.
• Use diagnostic tools and apply diagnostic knowledge to resolve issues.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in technical sales/engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience in repairing and diagnosing air-con machines (K11HV preferred).
• Strong knowledge in using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for client visits and events.
