Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, tenders, and contractual documents
- Identify and track upcoming projects and tender opportunities within the market
- Manage client enquiries and build long-term business relationships
- Lead commercial discussions and support the securing of project awards
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop practical solutions and execution strategies
- Coordinate across teams to ensure efficient resource utilisation and smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in a sales, project, or coordination role
- Prior experience working with contractors or project-based environments will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
