Job Description

Develop and produce detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems
Define project scope, identify potential issues, and raise clarifications as needed
Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders
Prepare and manage the construction drawing management forms, ensuring all drawings are updated and accurate
Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process
Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets
Approve major equipment purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with project needs
Manage and coordinate external design tasks for respective disciplines
Conduct design handover sessions with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
