Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and manage sales opportunities and project pipelines, while actively developing new business accounts to support revenue growth
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to both existing and prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions
Analyze customer requirements and market competition to formulate effective sales strategies and secure new business
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support and application engineering, to ensure smooth project execution
Provide prompt sales assistance and first-level technical support in response to customer enquiries, order issues, and feedback
Perform product selection and prepare accurate quotations based on customer RFQs
Oversee project sales activities, including tracking progress and preparing regular sales reports
Requirements
Relevant working experience in a similar technical sales or engineering sales role
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain industry relationships
Passion for technical sales, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented team player who can also work independently when required
Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle (be an advantage)
