Job Description:

Provide onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, and product evaluation for semiconductor customers.
Troubleshoot test-floor issues and respond promptly to urgent service requests.
Support new product setup, testing, and customer buy-off.
Monitor and analyse test socket and pogo pin performance, yield, and defects.
Coordinate with engineering teams in Singapore and Japan to resolve technical issues.
Prepare technical reports and communicate customer feedback for product improvements.
Support sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel to customer sites across Singapore.
Semiconductor or electronics testing experience.
Knowledge of IC packaging, test sockets, ATE, test handlers, or failure analysis is advantageous.
Able to work independently and respond to urgent onsite support requests.
