We are expanding rapidly across global markets and looking for a motivated and technically adept individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer Intern.

The Role

As a Sales Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial dual role, acting as the technical bridge between our enterprise clients and our core engineering teams. You will support the sales cycle by demonstrating the technical capabilities of our AI solutions and ensure our products meet client-specific business needs. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML platforms and global financial industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1.Technical & Product Support (Pre-Sales Engineering)

Product Testing & UAT: Conduct thorough internal Product Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients to ensure solution quality and fit before and after deployment.

Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Develop initial, non-production-ready Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the technical feasibility and business value of our AI solutions to prospective clients.

Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client-specific scenarios and technical teams.

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical sales collateral, integration guides, and solution documentation.

2.Client & Sales Support (Business Analysis)

Prospect Interaction: Accompany Sales Managers to client meetings and technical discussions to support the discovery process.

Requirements Gathering: Identify and clearly document clients specific business and technical requirements and pain points related to risk management, fraud, and audience operations.

Internal Communication: Serve as the primary communication link, translating client-identified business requirements into precise technical specifications and conveying them effectively to the Engineering and Product teams.

Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitors product offerings to help position Dyna.Ai's solutions effectively in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or a related technical field.

Strong foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic testing methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency or strong interest in AI/ML concepts, data analysis, or the financial services industry (Fintech, Banking, Risk Management).

Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Prior experience with any programming language (e.g., Python, SQL) or data analysis tools is a plus.
