Job Description

Just Talent Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Engineer on behalf of our client, a provider of industrial weighing solutions. You'll grow sales by winning new accounts and helping existing customers identify additional weighing products and services that fit their operations. You'll manage the sales process from prospecting and product demonstrations through to negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new business through customer visits, calls and follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals and quotations that address their operational needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, seminars and workshops for customers and prospects.
Negotiate commercial terms, close sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Work with the marketing team on campaigns that generate leads. Represent our client at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and industry networking events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and share insights that can help the team identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Proven sales track record in the industrial weighing industry, including experience cross-selling and developing long-term customer relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to manage your sales activities independently and collaborate with the sales team.
