Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for driving sales and business development activities for precision measuring

instruments across the assigned territory, including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia,

Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. The role involves managing and achieving sales

targets through appointed distribution partners, while also directly developing key accounts

in alignment with the company's growth objectives. This is a field-based sales role requiring

frequent local and regional travel to engage customers, support business development, and

strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth for precision measuring instruments within the assigned region
  • Manage and achieve individual and regional sales targets

Channel & Distributor Management

  • Work closely with appointed distributors to drive sales performance
  • Provide product training, sales support, and joint customer engagement

Technical & Application Support

  • Support product demonstrations, solution discussions, and technical proposals
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering (AE) team for complex applications
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) to support product positioning and development

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders together with channel partners
  • Execute account penetration strategies to grow long-term business together with channel partners

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts
  • Track MQL to SQL conversion and drive project closure

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • 2-5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in test & measurement or related industries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with distributors and channel partners is an advantage
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally

  • Strong understanding of test & measurement solutions
  • Experience in industries such as energy, data centers, battery, or electronics manufacturing
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, application engineering, marketing, and distribution partners to achieve common goals
