Job Summary:
Sales role involving full-cycle sales activities, customer support, and project-based business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions for clients
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers when required
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
- Manage the full sales cycle, including site visits and sales meetings
- Provide sales and technical support to customers (training provided)
- Develop business opportunities from existing and new projects or tenders
- Utilize leads provided by the company to drive sales performance
- Achieve assigned yearly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering (training provided)
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Positive working attitude and strong sales drive
- Driving license required
- Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings allowance of $800 will be provided
- No experience required training and guidance will be provided
