As we expand, we are seeking a self-driven sales professional with a hunter mentality to drive rapid, sustainable growth-rewarded by attractive commission schemes.
Role
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new pipelines of sales opportunities.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and trade shows.
- Proactively arrange meetings with prospective clients and actively listen to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Create sales proposals and manage sales activities till project award.
- Participate in industry exhibitions or conferences.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Perform other assigned tasks or duties as assigned.
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, sales and marketing or similar field.
- Driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving performance results.
- Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of project teams in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
- Experience in marine engines and propulsion systems will be highly regarded.
- Comfortable with web-based computer applications including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Must be able to travel overseas for business trips when required.
