Responsibilities
. Responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with customers for FA component businesses
. Geographical area of coverage includes ASEAN countries and Bangladesh
. Develop sales and marketing strategies and implement sales plans to achieve sales growth objectives and drive revenue
. Identify potential new markets and expand customer base and extends the company's regional reach
. Generate new sales leads, build channel base, manage dealers, distributors and other channel partners, build strong relationship with consultants and contractors etc
. Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers together with the engineering team gather customers feedback for further products improvement and uncover emerging opportunities
. Identify customer preferences, conduct competitors activities in the territory and keep abreast of the industrial market trend
Requirements
. Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related technical qualification
. Strong sales background in the related industry, HVAC or Data Centers
. Min 5 years related experience in the similar industry
. Proven sales track record and able to drive sales processes from plan to deal closure
. Strong business sense with industry expertise
. Knowledge of AC Drives is a plus
. Has good contact of consultants/contractors in ASEAN countries
. Self-driven with strong customer-oriented mindset, able to interface and manage internal and external stakeholders
